David is a highly qualified Estate Agent Manager, Accredited Business Agent and Auctioneer - with 18 years of estate agency industry expertise and he understands what it takes and how to build a strong sustainable business and become a market leader. David is also a Bachelor of Tourism and worked closely with the tourism industry.

Over the years in estate agency David has attended numerous lectures, management training programs, seminars and conferences - all with the aim of increasing his personal knowledge and implementing those positives into his business culture. He is a strong advocate of empowering his team and rewarding the team members.

It has obviously been a highly successful formula, which has lead to many team and personal awards in recognition of outstanding performances and achievements.

David has mastered a multitude of estate agency methodologies including succession planning and an exit strategy that resulted in a strong financial gain when he sold those estate agencies.
