The development of your Qualifying skills is an ongoing and very important process. Qualifying a buyer is a skill you need to work on and develop as quickly as possible. It's an ongoing process that will continue to throw up the odd curly question or answer.

Firstly, you should listen to the other members in the office - what words and phrases do they use. How do they present their questions. What information are they trying to find out. Obvious? Yes, but don't underestimate listening to others, no matter whether you are a beginner or experienced operator. Every now and again someone will ask a question in a certain way or using certain words and phrases that gets your attention. Maybe they are having a success with it at this time in the real estate cycle.
